About Us
Countryside Lake Association (CLA) is a private homeowners association located in unincorporated Fremont Township, just outside the boundaries of the Village of Mundelein, Illinois.
Our Neighborhood:
Living in CLA, members get the country feeling while being located close to the city. All lots are at least 1 acre. CLA consists of 4 separate sub-associations; Countryside Homeowners Association, Countryside Oaks Association, Camden Trace and a portion of Steeple Chase. Some homes are only in the CLA Association. All sub-associations besides Camden Trace have separate dues and management.
There are 352 memberships with approximately 1200 residents within CLA.
